Visualisation diagrams

Visualisation diagrams are sometimes called concept art

A drawing created by hand or digitally showing what something will look like when created

  • Used to plan for still images or products
  • Can be a rough sketch or a detailed final design
  • Annotations must explicitly link back to the brief and the target audience



Why is a visualisation diagram useful?
It allows people to understand the concept of your product and see how it could be created due to the use of labelling, which details the materials used as well as the colours.

Sitemaps-   a file where you provide information about the pages, videos, and other files on your site, and the relationships between them. Website architecture, a map of the site.  three main types.  1. those used during planning of a website by designers 2. the sitemap available for viewing online by those visiting a website 3. a structured (coded) list designed for search engines It's important that you properly design a sitemap, if you are asked to produce one. The typical audience for: Line of duty 45-60 year old men, middle class, potentially police workers, white males.  GQ Magazine 20s year old white males, middle/upper class, interested in business and show business, standard job, degree qualified. Music album (Ariana Grande) 10-25 year old females, middle class, likes pop music, students Target audience Primary, secondary, tertiary Media production companies spend a-lot of money to correctly define and identify their audience for a product- why do they do this?
